Booking Terms

By booking a tour with KisoAdventures, you agree to the following booking terms and conditions.

Contract

A travel contract between the customer and KisoAdventures is concluded when the customer confirms the reservation and the required deposit payment is received.

Payment

A deposit is required to secure the reservation.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the tour start date.

If the balance payment is not received by the due date, KisoAdventures reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

Included Services

The services included in the tour price will be specified in each tour description. These typically include:

  • Accommodation
  • Dinner and breakfast at the accommodation
  • Luggage transfer between accommodations
  • Itinerary planning and travel guidance

Not Included

Unless otherwise stated, the following are not included:

  • Transportation (train, bus, taxi)
  • Lunch
  • Travel insurance
  • Personal expenses
  • Optional activities

Changes to the Itinerary

Due to weather conditions, trail closures, accommodation availability, or other circumstances beyond our control, the itinerary may need to be modified.

In such cases, KisoAdventures will provide alternative arrangements whenever possible.

If a reserved accommodation becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, KisoAdventures reserves the right to arrange alternative accommodation of a similar standard.

Specific accommodation requests cannot be guaranteed.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring they are physically capable of completing the walking routes included in the itinerary.

Participants join the tour at their own risk.

Liability

KisoAdventures provides travel planning and coordination services for self-guided walking tours and shall not be liable for injuries, accidents, illness, losses, or damages occurring during the trip.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all participants.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
